You do not have to provide us with any personal information when you pay using cash at one of our restaurants. We may also use video surveillance in our restaurants for loss prevention, safety, and security purposes. If you order catering or book a banquet, we also collect the delivery address.
Ordering Online
When placing an order on our Website or App, you will be prompted to provide information including your first and last name, email address, phone number, payment card details, and billing address. If you choose delivery, we will ask for the physical address where you want the order to be delivered. For curbside pickup orders, we will require your vehicle’s make, model, and color. If you decide to create a FFRG rewards account, we will collect all the aforementioned information, along with other data elements specified in the FFRG rewards paragraph below. Additionally, we may allow you to order via a third-party food delivery service, in which case we will obtain your information from the third party to fulfill your order. If you buy an e-gift card for someone else, we will gather the recipient’s name and email address to send an email with the e-gift card on your behalf. We do not use the recipient’s details for any other purpose.
Rewards Program
If you choose to join our FFRG Rewards program, we will gather several pieces of information such as your first and last name, address, city, phone number, birthday (month/day/year), email address, username, and password (mandatory for receiving all eligible rewards). You may choose to provide additional information, such as your company name, address, mobile phone number, and anniversary date (month/day/year). We collect this data to establish and manage your FFRG Rewards account, which includes creating and delivering a digital rewards card, assigning an account number or unique identifier to link you with your Rewards account, awarding you points for qualifying purchases, and enabling you to redeem rewards.
We will then link that and other types of personal information with your Rewards Program account, such as other unique identifiers, purchase history, general geolocation data, preferences you specify, and stored payment methods. Please note that we may also collect all this information outside the scope of the Rewards Program. Furthermore, we may use this information to send you non-personalized advertising (including emails), retargeted ads, and personalized advertising and marketing offers, as well as other exclusive deals available to members of the FFRG Rewards program.

If you apply, we will gather the organization’s name and mission, the applicant’s name, email, phone number, and the specific donation request. If we approve the donation, we may also need to collect the organization’s Tax ID, non-profit status, and physical address to deliver or mail the donation.
Push Notifications
If you choose to enroll in our push notification service, store your phone number or digital address, we will transmit push notifications to your mobile device. These notifications may include SMS text messages or emails, depending on your preferences.

When you enter a contest or take part in a promotion, we may gather your name, address, email address, phone number, and any other relevant data or content required for the contest or promotion (such as information you post on social media). We utilize this data to oversee your involvement in the contest or promotion, including prize distribution. As part of a contest or promotion, we may ask for your permission to share or publish the content you submit.
Contact Us with Comments, Questions, or Complaints
If you get in touch with us with a comment, question, or complaint, we may request information that can identify you, such as your name, address, and phone number, along with any additional data required to help us promptly address your concern or reply to your comment. We may retain this information to assist you in the future and to enhance our customer service, service offerings, and dining preferences.
Find a Location (Website)
If you search for a restaurant on our Website or Online Ordering Platform, we gather your postal code, city, and province or, if you decide to share it, your device’s precise geolocation, to provide you with information about nearby restaurants. When you authorize the Website or Online Order Platform to collect your exact geolocation, the platform may use your mobile device’s location services to collect real-time information on the whereabouts of your device (using GPS and other methods) to offer the requested location services and guarantee that your orders are placed at the correct location. FFRG does not utilize or retain your exact geolocation for any other purpose beyond what is described in this section. However, FFRG retains general location data, such as your city, state, zip code, and country, which may be used to identify an audience for targeted advertising.

This information helps us create profiles of users, measure their interests, detect their demographics and location, and associate online and offline behaviors like site visitation, dwell time, and actions taken. For additional information on how the Google Marketing Platform uses data collected through our online services, please visit www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners.
In addition to the aforementioned automatic collection methods, we may also:

- Utilize user data from Foursquare service through tracking technologies. This data may include search terms, viewed pages, access times, time spent on each page, the IP address used for access, and other user information as outlined in Foursquare’s Privacy Policy.
- Use Microsoft’s Bing Universal Event Tracking (UET) feature, in which case Microsoft collects your personal information.

We may receive your personal information from our vendors, data brokers, and other third parties. For example, if you order food or catering, purchase gift cards or merchandise, make a payment, or provide feedback on your experiences, you may submit personal information to one or more third parties who may then share your information with us.
